I saw this painting by Martin Kippenberger a while back at Moma, and I have been back a few times after that and can’t take my eyes of it. The painting is from a snapshot he did, and then he hired a painter to make it into a painting.
I could not believe my luck when I passed this old couch in the pile of black garbage bags on the street the other day a little north of Soho, so I did my own Kippenberger.

Martin Kippenberger was a great source of freedom in art , and I can understand how it went to you to live and try the same experiences, being inspired nby him and want to feel as free as he was.
