FROM THE SOFA

I’ve had this dress for some years now, and it’s one of those dresses I just love wearing every season. It’s made in an impressively thick sofa fabric, and that makes for a great weather transition dress. You know, when it’s staring to get warm but is still a bit chilly in the shade. I got it from ebay for only $12. Bag by Calvin Klein.

OMG! I have the same dress! Found it at a vintage shop and it was one of those things where it just fit like a glove. do you have any tips for cleaning it?

As always, you have the ability to transform something not conventionally elegant into ball-worthy attire.

Something about this dress evokes thoughts of The Sound of Music and the curtain dresses Maria makes for the children and herself.

You beautifully take a potentially shapeless dress and add the perfect touch of femininity.

This blog is gorgeous in so many ways. Not only yourself and your clothing, but your ability to find the most unique street styles and to explain what it is about them that appeals to you. I love your sense of style and your eye for fashion.

I skyggen oversettes med “in the shade” og ikke det du skrev…tenkte bare jeg ville si det. Hehe.

Wow, upholstery fabric as fabric remnants…that’s positively ingenious! As an interior designer I’ve got tons of yardage lying around begging to be repurposed! This is the perfect dose of inspiration! Incredible score…gotta love ebay!
