Acne SS11 was held at Kensington Palace, and the collection really lived up to the expectations of showing it there, and beyond. Leather dresses and jackets with tattoo shaped carvings, thick and beautifully proportioned cardigans with the open top zipper at the back – such a cute detail. Thin flowy fabrics were layered in between sturdier materials. The beautiful bags and jewelry are designed by Husam El Odeh. I’m in love with those unusual sunglasses, a modernised 50′s shape mixed with a tad of the 90′s. Love it!

Beautiful! I’ve never cared much for Acne, but this is simply beautiful… Looks very Finnish/gone/Japanese, so simple and artsy.. Different! Fresh! Love it.
