I just visited the Helmut Lang store in Meatpacking here in New York and I found so many great things. The fit of the Helmut Lang shorts is amazing, and love the tiny shoulder pads on the jersey jacket (also HL). I’m also wearing Acne “Agate” shoes, my favorite white old t-shirt from H&M and Mulberry Alexa bag (small).

Carmen Hillestad is Coachella chic! I love her kimono and her bag that she found at Waistland Vintage in LA. Carmen always looks amazing, oh and she has a BLOG.

Mint green is a color you don’t see that often, but done right it’s really beautiful. I love how she made the look very simple, just adding a belt, boots and sunglasses - all in the same shade. Update: Her dress is vintage.

It was such a beautiful day yesterday, I went out biking on the lower east side and met these cool girls. I love the shirt buttoned all the way up and the Miu Miu-ish collar and the larger shirt over it.

I was lucky enough to get to see the amazing Charlotte Gainbourg perform at Coachella. She was great and so sweet. And I’m in love with her Balenciaga pants! Apparently she has boxes full of Balenciaga coming to her during her tour.

Haley from the Dirty Projectors is wearing a romper by Samantha Pleet! That’s all you really need for summer - a great vintage dress or a romper preferably with some kind of pattern, a hat, a medium sized curling iron and some rings or bracelets.

I have been longing for summer for so long, and finally I got it here in Coachella - California. It’s so pretty and different here in the desert. And I’m so happy because I got to do some vintage shopping yesterday, I was shocked as the prizes were from $2 to $7!! All the shops were extremely neat and clean, so if you’re ever in Palm Springs you should try your luck treasure hunting. I’m wearing my cashmere sweater handed down from my mother, Cathrine Hammel shorts, bag and shoes Nina Jarebrink, Selima shades and a vintage Venice tourist scarf.

I love Vika Gazinskayas look! It’s so vibrant (I think I have never used that word to describe anything before). For these warmer tempreatures I would just switch the thick coat with a trench. I wonder if the swirling and wrapping started from the back or front, hmm. And how big should the scarf be? So many questions. I will have to ask her and get tutored next time I see her, unless any of you have an idea?
The video with Björks ”It’s oh so quiet” makes me feel ready for the summer. And her outfit is so cute.
