MARNI + H&M

I am beyond excited that Marni is next in line for design collaborations with H&M. Marni is such a fun and different brand, a little quirky but not too much. So fitting that it hit the stores on Women’s Day March 8, 2012.

HANNELI + D&G

I got to pick out my three favorite pieces from the first D&G jewelery collection to photograph and style them the way I would wear them. You can read what I said about each piece here.

SAY WHAT?

I am so excited and grateful that I have three pages in the brand new “Vogue’s Best Dressed’ issue for 2011/12. Thank you, Anna Wintour and everyone at Vogue for including me, and Robert Sullivan for pulling the words out of me. I love it!

SHE DOES IT AGAIN

Arizona Muse’s simple and beautiful approach to her style is evolving so nicely. I love the simple white shirt with the black bra peaking out just appropriately enough, not to mention the hat.

VERSACE FOR H&M LAUNCH IN NEW YORK

I was at the Versace for H&M launch yesterday and it was such an incredible night! Prince and Nicki Minaj performed and the afterparty went crazy, Donatella rocked out, probably relieved after getting positive reviews from everyone. And after the music we were able to shop our favorite pieces from the collection, my keyword was palm trees, I got a palm tree printed skirt, top and a pastel yellow dress. I can’t wait to use them.

FUZZ IT UP

I love this dewy baby blue color, and it looks amazing on Aleksandra McCormack.

BUY! SELL! NO, WAIT – THE OPPOSITE

I have been on the fence about these Celine bags, I wasn’t sure what I thought about the parts sticking out on the sides. But seeing it hang so unpretentiously on Josefine Nielsen’s arm changed my mind. It’s really beautiful.

BARNEYS + HANNELI

I did a shoot for Barneys last week and it just came out today! It was fun to be able to check out all the coats and try to figure out what I will get for my wardrobe this winter. I’m leaning towards the Lanvin or Margiela, or perhaps the Rochas. Which one would you get?

PONCHOS

I just shot a few different ponchos for Vogue.com, to figure out how to wear them without looking like I’m straight out of a western movie. I was surprised how warm they all were. This one is by Boy. by Band of Outsiders, bag by Phillip Lim and shirt by Acne. You can see the story here.
