If only I was half as cool as her when I was four years old. I love the mix with the sweet tulle skirt and her leather jacket. I was hoping to see some cute kids while in Paris but it was so cold they were probably inside, so I’m glad I could share this cute New Yorker with you instead.

THE LEATHER JACKET
You can never go wrong with a great leather jacket, wether you found it at a second-hand store, Zara, ebay or at Balenciaga, a leather jacket it’s something very personal and something that you will love more and more the more you use it. I got one at Zara a couple of years back, it’s really beautiful but for some reason I don’t wear it that often, and I keep thinking I should have something like this one or a Balenciaga.
RUSTY RED AND PASTEL-SEA GREEN
There is something about the silhouette of her outfit, the long skirt with the knee long coat, it was easier to see when she was walking but you get the idea. Oh and the colors – rusty red with pastel-sea-green, such a nice combo I would have never thought of. And I love the surprise of the penguin sweater.
CAMEL COLORED COAT
The color of Ada Kokosar’s coat is beautiful, I want a camel colored coat but it’s hard to find one that has the right nuance. I have the same problem finding a good trench, most of them are to gray or yellow. Ada looks lovely, her hair with the coat and her husky blue eyes is quite striking.
IN MY BAG
My bag during fashion week basically looked like this. My Canon G10 camera was a stand in for my Nikon D700 while shooting these, don’t get me wrong the G10 is a great camera but the D700 is a even better one. My Mulberry Alexa bag is the perfect size for my what I need to fit in it and i love it the long strap which is helpful while shooting. NARS “Copacabana” subtle cream shimmer that I use on the upper part of my cheeks to freshen up during the day, Bobby Brown concealer in the color “Natural”, La Prairie concealer for under eyes, YSL lipgloss number “47″, Aésop Rosehip Seed Lip cream, The 1st issue of “The Gentlewoman” with the amazing Phoebe Philo on the cover (love the interview they did with her), YSL wallet, invites to Hermés and Miu Miu, my favorite pen is brandless, Blackberry Bold 9700, two Sandisk memory cards-4GB, one battery for Nikon D700, Canon G10 stand-in for Nikon D700.
THANK YOU MIU MIU!
To see Miu Miu last night was an amazing way to end fashion week here in Paris. I love the entire collection! I find it impressive that the fabrics manages to be so sweet while they are so thick. One of my favorite pieces were the furry purple skirt with black top and with matching furry mittens, and I loved the pants with bellbottoms from the ankle and down. And I could live in the black dresses with all the amazing details. Miuccia Prada is my hero! More pictures to come after I get a new external hardisk. I have no memory space left after a very hectic week. Ha!
MY HAT
The hat is by Vika Gazinskaya and it has an opening for my ponytail, how cool is that?! Coat by Maison Martin Margiela, fuzzy sweater underneath is by Nina Jarebrink, and gloves from a small shop on Boulevard St. Germain here in Paris
DIOR HAIR
Magdalena Frackowiak with the Dior hairdo. It”s the end of fashion month and there is not that many hairstyles left to choose from unless you want to be a follower, so Dior decided to do a morf between the poofy Chanel couture hair, Alexander Wang sided braid and Wayne 4-fishbone-braid.
OVERALLS
I love this look, the patches and that they are so worn makes them even more special. If I’m going to try overalls I will definitely do it with a apair of heels as well, or else I might look like I’m 12 years old again borrowing my sisters overalls. But first – need to find a good pair.
PARISIAN CHIC
These girls are utterly cool and when I think of Parisian chic, girls like these enter my mind. The trick? Well worn leather jackets, slightly messy hair highlighted by the sun, nail polish that is chipping, bracelet from last summers summer-fling, but most of all – confidence.
