ONE OF MY FAVORITES
Olivier Zahm on his way to Ralph Lauren A/W10-11. His blog is one of my absolute favorites, I
feel so french and chic reading it.
Update: There is a link to his blog on the word “blog“, but there’s no color indicating that so who could have known. I’m changing some of the design soon, so that’s on the list on what can be done better.
I’M SO IN VOGUE
A few months back, Vogue asked me to be in their March issue together with fellow bloggers Tommy Ton, Todd Selby, Michelle Phan, BryanBoy, Mary Tomer, Garance Dore, Catherine Kallon and Yvan Rodic for a story about the power of the new fashion bloggers. We did a shoot with photographer Matthew Brookes in an old warehouse in Queens, Kathryn Neal did the styling and she had picked out a super nice outfit from Opening Ceremony for me. My makeup was very natural, just a little concealer, blush and eyelash curler. I loved meeting the other bloggers, some of whom I knew from before, like Tommy, Garance and Yvan. It was particularly nice to get to meet Todd Selby as I’m a big fan of his work. I took a few behind the scenes photos for you to see.
THE HAT
Striking beauty Laurel Pantin in a hat that is perfect for the weather New York had this past week. I’m not good with hats, but I have a knitted one from Acne that I forgot to bring from Norway so I haven’t really used anything to keep warm except for my genius knitted scarf/hood that I got a few years back at Marc Jacobs. My goal for next winter will be to find a good hat, hopefully I’m lucky and find something similar like hers.

IN THE BLIZZARD
Designer Vika Gazinskaya in a coat designed by herself. I love her playful way of dressing, and it’s a true joy seeing all her outfits during fashionweek.
RODARTE A/W10-11
The Rodarte catwalk was almost like a maze, I’m impressed that none of the models got confused and did a mistake, they had like 30 places to turn and they all had different directions to go. I loved the last dresses with veils and knit. For the finale they dimmed the light and the shoes showed fluorescent heels stomping past me, wow how do one come up with such a brilliant idea?!
ADVANCED BRAID
Yet again I’d love to have long hair when I snap my fingers so I could rock this braid I saw at
Wayne A/W10-11. And while I’m at it I might as well snap my fingers and get this jumpsuit too.
JASON WU
Jason Wu had a section of beautifully shaped dresses that I completely fell in love with.
THE NECKLACE
The beautiful Nina Stotler is wearing her own jewelry outside the Ohne Titel show.
